Peer Tutoring

How it works

The Guild’s peer tutoring network links up high performing Murdoch students to those who want a little help with their studies. Tutors register the units they scored a D or HD grade in and we share their contact details with students who ask for help with their units. Both students then arrange a time, date and location to spend a tutoring session together.

Tutors can opt to volunteer their time or charge up to $25 an hour. Those who volunteer at least 40 hours in a year are eligible for recognition on their official academic transcript.
