In order to successfully renew your club affiliation, your club must:
- Have a Club Bank Account
- Agree to participate in at least ONE Guild event in 2025
- Agree to have QPAY as your main club management system (including using it for membership sign-ups, communication, event ticket sales, discount distribution and merch sales)
How To Apply for Affiliation Renewal
Step 1: Prepare Annual Club Plan, Club Constitution and 2024 Bank Statement
A Club Plan reaffirms your club’s mission and vision, outlines your club’s goals for the year and how you plan to meet those goals. It is a strategy document that allows your committee to function intentionally throughout the year.
Create your Club Plan using the Club Plan 2025 Template.
You will also need to submit your club constitution and 2024 bank statement to successfully complete re-affiliation. Club Constitution template can be found here.
Step 2: Submit a Affiliation Renewal Form on QPAY
Log into your club’s QPAY account and submit your Affiliation Renewal form.
