This course aims to prepare you for basic bar work in WA. The experienced team at the Murdoch Tavern will take you through all you need to know from pouring a cold frothy and clearing out filthy drunkards. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and be provided access to an online RSA training qualification.

Learning Outcomes: The RSA element of this course (Responsible Service of Alcohol; SITHFAB002) is provided by Express Online Training (registration code: 40592). It will cover key areas relevant to serving alcohol to West Australian standards. The bar training is provided by the Guild and will cover all the core work that you will undertake in an average WA bar and expect to learn the basics of-
- Pouring and serving drinks
- Engaging customers
- Maintaining the venue
- Preparing the bar for service
- Cash handling
- Product knowledge
Requirements: Participants must be 18 years of age and wear enclosed shoes.
