Mental Health Awareness
This is a support and an awareness group for people who are either caring for someone, have a family member/friend or have a mental illness themselves to come and get some support from people who are in the same situation.
1. Hold regular support group meetings
2. Have a guest speaker from organisations such as Lifeline, Kids Helpline and the Lorikeet center
3. Hold activities through Mental Health Week to help you manage stress some of the activities will include a pamper day and a sausage sizzle
